Super helpful staff!
I will not be coming back. I placed a $55 order and the order was stated to be lost. I was not will to wait another 20 minutes. I will not be coming back. AGAIN!!!!
I went to get my two large pizzas on November 26th Thanksgiving eve. Big mistake. Line out the door. Workers couldn't handle the workload. Pizzas taking hours to make when told on average 10 to 15 minutes. Lots of frustration with customers. Long story short. After waiting on my pizza for over an hour they finally brought it out. Completed the curbside check-in. The staff refused to acknowledge the curbside pickup. Do not offer curbside if you don't actually provide the service. I chose curbside pickup because I have 3 young children and didn't want to get them out of the car. Edit. The guy at the front counter told me that they saw my curbside pickup but they weren't doing it tonight because they were too busy. Their answer was to let me sit there. This tells me everything I need to know about the staff at this location.
Over the past year, ever time I’ve ordered pizza here I’ve had to wait over an hour past the order time. I’m currently waiting now, thankfully I’ve had plenty of time to write a review of how horrible the service at this Marcos is. Just to update they put me on hold before I could even explain to them, and then hung up after about 5 minutes on hold. If you are seeing this review, save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.
