I’ve been going to Marco’s pizza for a very long time and I have to say mariposa was the best server across any Marcos I’ve been to in my entire life. She greeted me upon entry and took care of an issue I had with the app with ease!
Just ordered from this location yesterday night, my food wasn’t done on time, but the girl with red hair apologized and gave me a free brownie for the wait! Kudos to customer service from her!!! Food got to me less than 10 minutes after arrival, nice and hot!
Ordered pizza for delivery around 7:11 PM. By the time the pizza got to us it was cold. Call the manager and told her I was bringing it back. She made sure that we had fresh hot pizza waiting when we arrive. Kudos to get customer service
This has got to be the worst Marcos ever! Whether i do Uber eats, order, or place an order in store it take over 35 minutes. Only 2 people working and they are slow pace! Owner needs to hire more people and stop being cheap! I lose money when I do Uber eats here! Fix this!
