Horrible experience. Been to this location multiple times, come here once a week at least but I tell you I won't be back. They completely destroyed my pizza and I cannot eat it as there is STANDING WATER in the entire middle. Called the store to speak with someone and was told to kick rocks. Glad to see their true side. Almost $20 down the drain. Horrible customer service.

We typically order from Marcos often, but the last few experiences have been horrible and tonight they lost a customer forever. It took 20 minutes past the quoted time for my food to be ready. Instead of apologizing for the wait, I was asked to just pull back around, NO! Then the pizza I received tonight was incorrectly made, barely had any pizza sauce, and when I called, the manager Stephanie Brown was not helpful at all and very dismissive.
