Marco‘s Pizza is one of my favorites. I really like the staff at this location. Everyone is nice and friendly. I order here quite often but lately everything’s starting to seem like it’s undercooked. I ordered a deluxe pizza today which was slightly doughy not bad. I just cooked it a little longer in my oven. The Pizzoli that I ordered what I thought was cheese was actually raw dough so I had to cook it longer as well. I will continue to order from this location. First time trying Marco’s pizza, and it was pretty good. Thin Crust Build Your Own: Anchovies, Onions, Spinach, Olives…The ingredients paired well together; the saltiness from the anchovies, the slight sweetness from the onions, and savory olives. We ordered delivery and it arrived in a fairly decent time frame. Overall good experience!
I have issues with food servers who do not use gloves when preparing food, especially when you are the manager. I do not mean to be a difficult customer, but seeing first hand the manager taking my order and proceeding to prepare my pizza with her bare hands is unacceptable. That set my germaphobia into overdrive. I had to request the use of gloves. I did not see one food preparer wearing gloves.
