What a disappointment. Had a meatball sandwich delivered and it was all bread. The meatballs were the size of a quarter and very little sauce. The salad was the high point of the meal.
We ordered 1 pizza and cheese sticks at 4:45pm for delivery. We waited till 6 to call. The Shift leader told my wife our order hadn't even been started then hung up on my wife. When I called back, the same woman claiming to she shift leader tells me "I dont make the orders" then hung up on me as well. This has soured me on the whole franchise. I'll stick to Little Ceasers.
Donna and crew gave us a great dining experience. We will definitely be back for more especially with the holidays coming up! Thank you for a great product and a wonderful experience.
This place has the most incompetent delivery staff. (The driver was wearing the Marcos uniform so it was not a DoorDash issue). They have gotten our order wrong a few times and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our last order we ordered a 2 liter with our pizza. The driver came to the door handed me the two pizzas and started to walk away. Called the store and they seemed to be unable to hear me, which is understandable if that was the case, but my only indication was the person on the phone going "pick up or carry out? Heloooo?" And proceeds to hang up mid single hello. Called back again after and after being on hold for 2 minutes I decided to test by also calling on my spouses phone which they answered after a few rings while my first call was still on hold the presumably put that line on hold after saying a single word I didn't understand.
