I ordered a delivery and it took an hour before I called them asking for a update, they proceeded to tell me it was ready and on its way over to me only for me having to wait another 30 minutes and when I called back I was told the food was not done yet. I really didn’t appreciate being lied to, I rather them just tell me it’s not ready yet
Ordered a pepperoni magnifico today for lunch. Pictured is an XL pie I received. I mentioned to the maker that it looks quite skimpy in pepperoni vs their ad in the store on the counter vs how it usually comes-- he said some people put too much on there.... I feel sorry for the staff, the new owners are tragically horrible and have completely degraded and destroyed the standard of operating previous to their ownership. I was(because I am no longer) a regular customer at this location for the last year and it never disappointed me. As soon as the new owners took over there was a complete neglect and disregard of customer service. The real story is that 8 of the 12 staff who were there quit the first week, and they were wonderful people who worked insanely hard and did their craf... read more
Fyi if you order a sub, this is what you get. 2 little thin ass slices lol. Also it said it had provolone but there’s no cheese on this.
