I placed an order on 5/8/25 that the store clearly made incorrectly. I called the store the same day and was told that someone would be reaching back out to me. Nobody ever called back as I was told. I called back 2 days later with the same answer , they will give the information to the manager who will issue the refund. I’m a local DoorDasher in the area and I had gotten banned from accepting orders from Marco's because the staff member Bre had not communicated to me which order was for which customer and the first costumer ate the second customers order and when I had came back to get it they were already eating the food which led to 2 angry customers calling the store. Order was 30 minutes late but I understand being busy. But the delivery guy didn’t ring our doorbell and just left it on the ground in front of our door. Also the order was wrong. It should have been half bacon and ham and half cheese but was all cheese.

Absolute worst customer service. Which really stinks because my kids love their pizza. Given them chance after chance and every time they let us down with their horrible customer service. I hate leaving bad reviews I usually just don’t go back but they owe us a credit and they can’t even figure it out.
