Have been coming to this location for years, been slowly getting worse and worse. Routinely forget side cups, NEVER cut my pizzas square when I request it, longer and longer wait times. Today (2/28/2025) was the last straw as I ordered via the app for a 6:15 pickup. I didn't arrive until 6:21. Order still wasn't ready, told it would be ANOTHER FIFTEEN MINUTES. Just ridiculous. Just told them to forget it and left. Taking a break for awhile.
Put in a contactless delivery order today( February 12th, 2025). A small pizza, double chocolate brownies and a 2 ltr orange crush. When it got here, they didn't bring the orange crush.
