Orders are always wrong and drivers ask for tips at the door even when I already put thier tips on my card when I order. Won't be using this location anymore.
I used to love getting pizza from here, but ever since they updated their site it's impossible. You can't get square cut pizza anymore, and the site is inoperable in firefox. You can just call them you say? No, because they don't answer their phone.
Marcos on Old 74 is always reliable for good food and friendly service! The Hot Honey pizza is amazing!
Yesterday, I ordered pizza for my son’s birthday. We had it delivered. It took 45 minutes which is fine. What is not fine is what happened. The lady delivery driver shoved the boxes into my husbands hand and then procedded to demand where the tip was. Even though I tipped on the app and we told her she called us a liar. I used the Marcos app not door dash. She was a Marcos employee. I will not order again because of what this lady did.
