Hadn't been inside Marcos for idek how many years up until I recently ate there. She was training a very friendly young man, she was never without a smile on her face the entire time i was in the store. I ate my ham and cheese sub, which was delicious.
Marcos has always been my favorite The last time I ordered from a woman manager it was fantastic. Last night was the worst I have ever had. I asked for pepperoni on half and sausage on half. Mushroom on all, ex. Cheese on all. And garlic parm crust. Lots of it. Marco’s Pizza in Norwalk is consistently fantastic! The manager is always so kind and welcoming, which really makes a difference. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and tastes exactly the same every time you order—no matter the day or time. You can count on the quality. On top of that, they go above and beyond with customer service. Even when I was in a pinch and I needed paper plates and napkins, they were more than happy to help me out. I love this location. I live in Bellevue and the difference between my home town location and this one is like night and day. From the customer service to especially the quality of food Norwalk is always tip top, they make the pizzas with a sense of care. The consistency and quality is unmatched. Please please pleaaaase send the Bellevue employees and managers to this location for awhile and tell them take notes! Sincerely, a customer of 25+ years
