3 times in 5 orders we didnt get our entire order. No comps, no discount, no money back, just an "oh my bad" or "oh sorry" after a 45 min. Round trip each time
I don't even know about the food yet!!!! It has been over an hour and a half since I ordered and have no pizza!!!! The last time that I called (over a month ago), they called me back after 20 minutes and said that they were no longer delivering!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! I will definitely give the delivery person a good tip tonight (if they show) because I was told that they only had ONE DELIVERY PERSON ON A SATURDAY NIGHT?????!!!!! Management is obviously a serious problem here!!!!
Cheesy Bread was burnt tasted horrible, the pizza was fine but I’m very disappointed about the cheesy bread & I called to make a complaint and all they could say was sorry— sorry doesn’t give me my money back or fix the problem
Staff was friendly, and the food was amazing.
We were staying at a nearby KOA so we ordered delivery. The pizza was very good and the requested thin crust was perfect. We especially liked the delivery person, Becky. She was earlier than expected, polite, found the camp site no problem. All employees should be as professional as Becky was. She's a keeper!
