The new general manager is using all of the tools in his tool belt to better the store. You can see it’s much more cleaner and organized than previously. My pizza looked better than the one on the box! Keep it up Marc and team!

**UPDATE** I wish this was a positive update. So I appreciated the quick response (read below), however, it has been over a week since I reached out to customer support (as Marco's requested in order to "make it right"), and have not been contacted. So in summary, no pizza, no call, and no refund. We had an extremely bad experience with this Marco's. I ordered ahead for my daughters birthday party...a day ahead to be exact. Best pizza in town. The pirate is amazing and the new management is crushing it.
We love Marco’s but today we order for a party and they delivered to the wrong address. We were not upset at that but when we called to explain the situation they were very rude and refused to make the situation right. They said it was our fault. However, they had trouble with the delivery because it was clearly the wrong address and not the one we had listed on the order. They refused to refund or redeliver. I’m very disappointed because we loved Marcos but will not be returning.
