Ordered a delivery pizza yesterday. It was supposed to have chicken on it but there was no chicken and sausage added to it instead. There’s also a beard hair in the pizza that certainly didn’t come from me. Such a disappointment & grossed out.

Short staff problem, I ordered my pizza on a Sunday night at around 620ish, with the supposed wait time for 30 minutes. It didn’t get done until 715ish. The track order wasn’t working so I walked in to pick up my order at the supposed time, waiting there for 20 minutes. They were only two people working, one in the store making all the pizzas, the other person delivering, taking orders over the phone nonstop AND help making pizzas. Like seriously?? I ordered a pizza at 9:45 showed up at 10:05… restaurant was CLOSED. Paid online and everything. I am in disbelief. Called 3 times no answer. Store clearly states on door they close at 11. ZERO STARS
I placed my order online to receive the 15% discount. I ordered the sausage magnifico and thought I was adding another sausage and I ended up only getting pepperoni and taking the sausage off. The pizza was delivered, and once I opened the box and realized it was not what I wanted or what I meant to order. I contacted The Store right away.
