Food quality was the worse I’ve ever had from any pizza place. I intentionally chose Marco’s for their quality of fresh pizza and toppings over Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Tried to email customer support. I’m not fixing to sit on the phone all day calling customer service. I completed a survey and at the end it asked me did I notify the store of my dissatisfaction? Ordered for delivery around 8:40 on Thursday 06/19. Order time said it would be 30-35 min. Delivery was sent to DoorDash which didn’t show up work order until 9:50. Arrived without salad ordered & DoorDash said I had to call Marcos which I did immediately. Man answered the phone, pit me on hold & left me on hold until after shore apparently closed at 10PM. Thx for stealing from me Marcos/doordash. Do NOT recommend this location!
