Respect your store hours!! This is the second time I've tried to place an order on doordash and the dasher said the store was closed!
Lousy staff! I placed my order around 10:25, the order was supposed to be ready by 10:45, I didn’t realize that they closed at 11, I thought they closed later than that. I drive all the way up there and get there around 10:40 just to find the doors locked and some guy walks around the counter and signals that they’re closed. Food quality was the worse I’ve ever had from any pizza place. I intentionally chose Marco’s for their quality of fresh pizza and toppings over Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Tried to email customer support. I’m not fixing to sit on the phone all day calling customer service. I completed a survey and at the end it asked me did I notify the store of my dissatisfaction?
