My experience at the Aldine Westfield Marcos Pizza was unacceptable. After a very busy day, I ordered a late dinner of cheesy bread and 10 bone-in wings. The first issue was a call from an employee who seemed baffled and apologetic about running out of meat for a sub, which was confusing since I hadn't ordered one. She then said my order was ready.
