I do not know why I keep ordering from this place. The food is good but the 3 times I have ordered this year they say 30 minutes and it ends up showing up more than 1 hour after making the order. Currently waiting for a pizza that I ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago.
I am not sure what has happened over the past few years but this locations service has gone down. I consistently wait an extra 30 minutes past the given time for pickup. Why not quote accurate times so I’m not waiting in your lobby? It seems very understaffed. If that’s the case maybe don’t take online orders. I called in a carry out order. When I arrived they hadn’t even started making it yet. Very disappointing!
This Marco's has the best customer service and the pizza is so good. The little pepperoni on the pizza are so tasty! They take good care of their customers.
