Great customer service. The overall cleanliness of Marco's Pizza was top notch. And the food unmatched!
My delivery order was 40 min late from the promised time today. I called multiple times to check on the order. Each time I spoke to them I was never told sorry for the inconvenience. I had 12 people waiting for this food. I was told that the driver had three other deliveries they had to do and mine was one of them. Frustrating. When i called the second and final time the delivery person was sitting in the parking lot in his vehicle for a good five min plus before he even got off the vehicle.
Simply the best pizza and service in the Stone Oak area. We've been ordering our pizzas here for years and they never disappoint. Great for reunions with friends and family, great for the casual Saturday you don't want to cook or go out to eat.
I witness cruel racism at this store. I was waiting for a pizza and a Latino doordasher came in for a delivery and the front counter man (Caucasian) was yelling and insulting him for not speaking proper English which in my opinion is as okay I understood what he said. Manager should take a look at the cameras from 2:45pm January 11. Worker even hit the counter which his hands very hard. He needs to be fired ASAP. Will not be coming back to the Marcos pizza.
We used to be happy with this Marco’s restaurant, but we’ve been disappointed with our last few orders, especially the last two. An October order took 45 minutes just to get into the oven, per the app. When I called, they said they were shorthanded. It took over an hour to get our order. The last time, December 16th 2025, was the worst.
