Was great food and friendly staff
I would give zero stars if it was possible. I’ve only gone to this location once in the past but made the mistake and went again today. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!! All the other Marcos locations are pretty good but the guy working at this one clearly shouldn’t work with the public.
I do not know why I keep ordering from this place. The food is good but the 3 times I have ordered this year they say 30 minutes and it ends up showing up more than 1 hour after making the order. Currently waiting for a pizza that I ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago.
I am not sure what has happened over the past few years but this locations service has gone down. I consistently wait an extra 30 minutes past the given time for pickup. Why not quote accurate times so I’m not waiting in your lobby? It seems very understaffed. If that’s the case maybe don’t take online orders.
