It doesn’t matter the time or the day, everything takes far too long. It’s frustrating because you expect at least some level of efficiency, but here the slowness seems constant. I hope they can improve this, because it really affects the overall experience.

We ordered 2 two topping pizzas, 2 specialties pizzas & cheese bread. They were all made correctly, we were able to use more than 1 coupon & the pizzas were made within a reasonable time considering we were a little picky about our order. We used their app & it was easy to navigate. I highly recommend Marco's. Their food was scrumptious & with so many options I know we will be regular customers. I can't wait till our next order!

Had great service before, but whoever is on it tonight dropped the ball. Called at 8 for a pick up order. Told me to call back an hour later so they can make more dough. (which I totally get) Called around 9 and was told I’d be placed on hold. Proceeded to be on hold for 15 minutes and counting with no answer. I get being slammed, but have the decency of responding with “sorry we can’t take any more orders.” I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
