We love this pizza. It's always hot & fresh. That being said, this specific location is awful. Homeless people are all over the parking lot, there's drug paraphernalia in the restroom, and the orders lately are not coming out the way I ordered them. Mainly, it's missing crust topping and missing dipping sauces.
This is a total disappointment. A few days ago, I left a review, and the owner responded, saying they wanted more details so they could look into what happened and address the situation. Unfortunately, it now feels like that response was only for appearances. I did exactly what they asked and provided the requested information, yet no one ever reached out to me. This location is an absolute disgrace to the economy and even the Marcos Brand. When I first tried it in Arlington I fell in love. The quality and the unique style of pizza was so good to me. However, this location has changed my Entire perspective, the management is cold and inconsiderate as it pertains to their employees. My sister placed an online order and brought it home for dinner yesterday and I bit into a slice of white cheezy with a small hair. I didn’t complain. I just didn’t eat the rest of it. Right now, after a long days work I came home hungry wanting leftovers of the supreme pizza we also ordered..There was another slice of white cheezy, gave it another shot.. and as I’m half way through with that slice what do you know.
