Kay at marcos on oakmont 100% deserves her management position! She was so super helpful getting my order ready. She remade a pizza for me without me asking. Also made sure I had everything I need. Very nice crew! Thanks Kay and Jess.
I had them the first time & it was really good so I decided to go back and order again.. NEVER again . Received my pizza & found a blonde/brownish piece of hair in my food . I know mistakes happen but that is disgusting . Please wear a hair net or multiple if you are making people food . Gross !!
Customer service wasn't the best. Was new to the area and when I walked in they seemed upset that I was even there. Didn't feel welcome at all but that's okay I understand things can be stressful. I'm just being honest not hateful. I also ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and one cheese... Very simple yet they gave me two pepperonis.
