A very nice young man but after living here and really has no desire to speak English. Doesn't management care that these people need to understand without a translation phone and could possibly cause a traffic accident?
Everytime we have Marcos it is great. Tonight I had a problem with my order. The team was kind enough to fix it efficiently. Then the door dasher accidentally gave me the wrong order. The employees called me before I could call them to tell me they were sending the correct order and to keep what I had. They did the same for the other person as well.
