Food was not hot when it got here
It was my first time going to Marco’s pizza and they did a good job making my pizza
Went there Tuesday to get the buy one get one pizza! They did an amazing job on making both of my pizzas that were not the easiest by the way! I love going here because they always make sure my toppings are correct! My gf is vegetarian and I love all the meats so it’s pretty important it’s half and half . Brandon is really nice to by the way.
Ordered a pizza, told it was delivered, it was not. I found out it was still at store, then was told it would be door-dashed ( I was not asked, nor informed) the individual said I will cancel it. I said no, by this time I am frustrated. Basically, the situation was taken care of, ( I picked it up myself). I will not go back as it is clear, that customer service is lacking and instead of calling and telling me what was going on, I had to go through some foolishness.
