Ordered pizza at 9:44pm. Estimated delivery time says 10:14. Tried to track order from link and email. It would not work. Called the store directly at 10:44 pm. The employee said my pizza was out for delivery. At 10:57 I got a text to say my pizza was out for delivery, provided a text link to track. The text link took me to a door dash link. I love Marcos Pizza but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore. The last 3 times I have ordered, it has taken over an hour to get my food. The estimate is always 30 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 5:27, I got the “baking” email at 5:31, and it didn’t leave the store until 6:17. My house is less than 10 minutes away and it took 25 minutes to get to me. It was barely warm when it arrived. I love the pizza itself but waiting over an hour for it is insane.
