Hey Marcos, 2nd week in a row I've asked for well done pizza and wings. Still not getting it that way. Simple request, please do better... Well, here we are again...waited almost 30 min for delivery when we live 1.2 miles away. Again requested well done ,again didn't happen. I get it that Fridays are busy, but you're letting your quality and customer service suffer.
We order from here once in awhile. It’s pretty much hit or miss. Mostly hits which is good, usually little things that are no big deal like our last order we asked for half pepperoni on the pizza and they put it all over. Nothing to get upset about. Definitely worth it if you’re not gonna cook and just want to a good pizza. It’s also nice for pickup because it’s ready and hot in a quick time frame.
Marcos..why do you offer "well done" and then don't make it that way? This is the 2nd time I've made a comment on this . Disappointed....
