Had some astonishingly good customer service from this Marco's last night. Ordered two pizzas and got them home to find out both had been (incorrectly) made with the exact same toppings (even though the attached receipt correctly showed that they had been ordered with different toppings). (They had never gotten an order wrong before; not shocking that they did here since they were extremely busy due to it being a Friday night, plus BOTH Michigan and Michigan State were playing in the NCAAM Basketball Tournament that night!) ... read more
