He said his name was keri..who knows...i was on hold twice for 20 min...on the third call , out of pure frustration, he finally was on the phone long enough to tell me his name..i ordered pizza from another marcos in sanford instead of picking up my pizza im paying a delivery fee...at this point im starving i work all night and get home hungry. The owner or manager or person behind the counter is a liar. He would not honor Marco's flyer stating a large pizza is $7.99 one topping with the printed date good until April 30. He charged me $17.35 with tax. He tried to say "I had no phone call ordering the pizza" A person wa standing next to me when the girl answered the phone & took my order. I moved to Fostoria Jan. 2024. A family member from Fostoria ordered Marcos Pizza while we were moving things in and it was good and made the way we ordered it with heavy sauce and light cheese. At first, it was What?? But once I called them, I realized they made a mistake. This was our first time ordering from them. But, once it got home and I looked in the box, I was wondering WHERE WAS THE CRUST? Apparently they also cater to the Keto friendly diet, smart move on your part. But I wanted a Pizza! Corporate owned now. Very pushy manager Jay trying to up sell and gave me an attitude when I didn't bite. Subpar pizza nowÂ
100% terrible. The lobby isn't kept clean. When they actually get your food right is is only average. Sure the prices are good, but you are far better buying a pizza made of real food. If you get delievery, make they get the right address, I swear these people don't know how to listen. I've also seen employees touching cooked food with their hands.Â
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !! Chuck will take your money and give you nothing..BEWAREÂ
