Saw the good reviews and called for a new paitent appointment. The person on the phone spoke in a very rushed tone, and before asking any questions wanted a credit card to put on file for no shows. Totally get it but that's the FIRST thing you want from me prior to even knowing my name. No thanks

Excellent, and I lost 30 pounds by following the plan. Megan is a gracious and caring coach, while Dr. Yolanda Marcos manages and oversees the department. If we need to lose weight, it is most safely managed under the care of a physician. I highly recommend Marcos Medical Wellness, and the office is conveniently located in the same building as the medical office.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to have the will power to do this program because it is hard but to my amazement I have and it’s because I don’t feel like I’m starving. The food they have is good and does fill me up. I would definitely recommend this office and program to others.
Everyone here is so helpful and kind. I just wanted to lose a tad bit of belly fat so I could fit into my wedding dress, went on the protocol for a week and BOOM, it all melted off. I lost about 5lbs in a week! My mom also joined and she is down 8lbs! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and never hesitate on giving feedback, advice, and a little bit of tough love when needed. Thank you! I am extremely happy with my results!
