Great Family restuarant!! Marco's is awesome!! My husband and I moved to the area from Raleigh two years ago and this was one of the first places we went to for dinner. It's a small family-style italian restuarant with great quality italian food!! We were incredibly impressed! They have awesome garlic knots, pizza, pasta, etc. The only downsides we have found: Sometimes the service/wait staff take awhile. We also got delivery one time and it took way too long and we were missing some of our order. The pizza was also cold.

Food is Excellent! The food at Marco's is excellent! We have been to this restaurant for lunch and dinner and have been very pleased with the selections. The price is reasonable and it is a family friendly restaurant.

Garlic Knotts WOW! This is a great place. The garlic knotts are addictive. The service and food are very good. We love the calzones and the baked ziti.

GARLIC Friendly. Marco's has good food and you eat alot for little money. The Garlic knots are the best thing. I have never tasted any Garlic knots that are that good.

We had the family size deluxe calzone, and it was the best that I have ever tasted. I will be going back soon! The employees are very friendly and willing to serve. Very customer-oriented establishment and the prices are out of this world - especially for the quality and quantity that you get. Highly recommend you try it out.
