What an amazing experience. Orlando was great! He’s everything you would want in a service professional: tidy, hardworking, friendly, and gets the job done for a fair price! I was actually really impressed that he explained everything to me thoroughly, which is a rarity for someone to do when there is a woman involved. So nice to not feel condescended to!
