Absolutely the rudest assessor I’ve ever dealt with. He refused to provide a quote for my car unless I paid a $100 deposit upfront, claiming it would only be refunded if I chose to use him for the repairs. He didn’t even properly assess the vehicle. He glanced at one small area and immediately demanded a deposit before continuing. I’ve never encountered customer service like this at any smash repairer. Mick and the team at Marcoola Smash Repairs are wonderful! Had an accident with my car so I had to Take It to them. Quick Service, had my little car back quicker that I thought It would be and in perfect condition 🙂 Mick was able to adjust the price to my needs which is something I really appreciate. Would recommend 100%!!

What an amazing local business! Some unscrupulous person backed into my car and dinged it badly and didn't leave a note. I was quoted an exorbitant amount from another company. Marcoola smash not only came in at less than half price, but did a fantastic job, and cleaned and polished my lights amongst other things. Highly recommended 👌 👍
