Rm 123 is so uncomfortable and dirty and furniture is in a state of disrepair or totally unusable. So many dishes, cups, utensils still had food stuck on them yet placed in cupboards or drawers as if ready to use. The refrigerator was new so somebody took notice from a review 8 months ago but the functionality of the furniture is a disgrace. Management accommodates and gave us a partial refund but shouldn't they hold the unit owners and the cleaners to a high standard worthy of a 4 star hotel rating?

Its great place- but as usual time there to relax didn’t eventuate- need allot more than two nights Otherwise- everything there to enjoy, beach, bar, cafe -pool

Disgraceful & rude behaviour from a male staff member towards my 24yo daughter last night, who had travelled alone from Perth arriving at night, she had booking confirmation paperwork and was treated with total hostility and told she did not have a booking and sent out in a strange place in the dark. He continued to be rude when it was followed up this morning and he was in the wrong, yet still no apology from anyone at this “resort”.
