I will highly recommend Marconi oaks apartments , the management team always maintain a clean, safe and friendly environment. The apartment complex is always in clean and safe conditions. The management personnel is very professional and friendly, they been so great to me .
Hello my name is John, Marconi oaks apts #105. I've been living here since 1984. This complex is well Taken care of, the grounds always look good, the pool is always clean.. The Manger takes care of problems very quickly, and always friendly.. Ill be living here for a lot longer...!!
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Do yourself a favor.....AVOID this place at all costs. The problems with this place, like any place else good or bad starts at the top. The property management company Vertus is 100% unresponsive. You will discover if you try to contact them by phone or email that it is next to impossible to speak with anyone. As for the property itself.....the onsite manager (when she's actually on site) (blonde russian woman) has the nastiest attitude.
