Just did order for $295.35. This shady company overcharged me for $75 and nobody can’t help with that. Two weeks ago ordered two convection fans. One fan arrived in a 4 days another one don’t even shipped. Can’t get money back more then week and nobody can’t help. Cx service need work ASAP
Worst Parts Distributer in the entire world. They cancelled my account in breach of our agreement because they couldn't make a profit on $40,000 worth of parts I bought. Incompetency at all levels. Unable to figure out a profit and the accounting is worthless. I use Trible's now, they actually understand how to operate a proper parts distribution company.
If there were negative numbers they would get as low as possible. I called to order a part after a recommendation. They stated the best the could do was 3 day delivery. While I was hesitant I couldn’t risk not wait another day delay. So I placed the order thinking I would call back and cancel if I found a better option. After a 2 minute search I found I could get it in 1 day for a third of the price. I called back to cancel after 5 minutes max.
