I purchased a water pump for my Amanda washing machine here. After getting it home and taking a closer look at it I realized that it was damaged. I was extremely please that my money was refunded when I returned it.

i came to buy a part for my washing machine, a drain pump which was around 120 dollars. i went home and saw that the part was much cheaper off amazon and so i ordered it from there. i went back the next day to go return the item and they opened the box and claimed it was used. i explained that i didn’t even take the product out of the box and that was how the product was given to me. the cashier repeatedly said no you used it, its been used, it’s clearly it’s been used. i don’t like being called a liar so i just kept quiet a... read more

Not happy with part , Sold me a non functional part, called the store , Said , no Exchange or refund , and nit even offered any help or advice.

Had a fantastic experience coming in to the office today. Shane was great with service and Deborah helpped me out with giving some very fair prices.
