August 2024: Marcone was a little busy after the long weekend but was okay. Dryer threw a belt. New belt here less than $16. New washer $600+. 🙄 Belt in stock, once again they saved the day. Found enough loose change ($5+)to almost pay for the belt when I did a clean out of the lint traps during the tear down. Strange but true no socks 😂. Last Friday phone the store and gave my model no to the rep. He said he had the part and would save it for me . 63 dollars and come Monday. Went today and guy served me said he did not know who I talked to and need the model number. Did not bring it as I gave it on Monday. Had the part with me and he would not go back in the store to see if he had the part. Kept saying need the model number. Never again will I go to this store . Unwilling to help .
