I have been dealing with Marcone for over 7 years, and can not say enough good things about this company and one particular employee. Paul is the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful person there. He will go out of his way to help me get the answers I am looking for. If I ever have an issue with orders, part missing or returns, Paul is always there to help me correct any problems I might have. He is truly an asset to the company.
They moved. I spent 2.5 hrs looking for them. The part I need is no longer available. They are now wholesale only. Shop somewhere else.
Unfortunate, and bad experience -- needed a terminal block and power cord for a range. No one in the service-center and they "no longer serve the public". Happy to pay more for good-help -- but ended up buying what I need from Amazon instead. Bring back the in-person counter service!

Your Jacksonville site shipped me a 36” glass cooktop in a plain cardboard box with no protection. Of course it arrived broken. After I had waited for it for over 2 months. Zero attention to quality!
