Went in today around 3:00 PM needing help with a washer part. The employee I dealt with took my model number, glanced at his computer for maybe 10 seconds, asked how old it was, and immediately told me the part was “discontinued” and that I’d need to buy a whole new washer. No effort, no explanation, no alternatives—just a dismissive attitude and a rushed, condescending answer. The customer service center was easy to deal with when placing my order. They gave me an invoice number and told me I would need it when picking up my part at the Lenexa site. The problem was the guy I encountered during pickup had a terrible attitude. I handed him my invoice number and he acted like he was irritated that I thought it would help him locate my purchase.
