Dr. Valencia is by far the worst PCP I have ever been to. He has no people skills and is impatient and angry for no reason. When he asks why you've come in, or what your symptoms are, or what you'd like him to do for you, if immediately, aggressively, cuts you off before you've finished responding, then gets angry if you try to finish. This has happened all 3 times I've seen him. I always feel attacked and abused and very shook up. I'm literally afraid to go back to see him.
