Absolute nightmare to deal with. Makes me not want to own another piece of international equipment. Rude and undertrained staff mixed with no explanations for anything. No accountability from anyone, just pass it to the next one. Embarrassing to walk in the place

Overall dealing with rush I have had some bad and good experience!!! Christine in the parts department is always very helpful and on time. But just for your technician to check my brakes for me and you tell me it's going 2 cost me between $500 to $600 just too check my brakes you got's 2 b kidding me
