I had an issue on which Marcos Salinas dodged my problem by sending me to customer service. As he stated, it was out of his hands. I agreed and he seemed correct. Then customer service agreed to fix it. But a few months later, the customer service representative who had spoken to me didn’t fix anything. My issue kept dragging for two months until I realized I was still being charged the extra fees.
