Both pizzas were wrong
I called in an order while on my lunch break, waited the entire time outside and then after the 10 minute wait, I go in to receive my order and it was never even put in the system. So what was the point of wasting my lunch break and taking orders over the phone.
I stopped by this location at 7715 Farm to Market 1960, Humble, TX, and I had such a pleasant experience that I felt it deserved a review. Miss Jubilee at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front counter comes off as very rude. Maybe get someone else to interact with the customers, cause we won't be back after that.
Ordered online..like we normally do. 45 min later I get a call from the non English speaking driver. He was lost, thought he was parked in front of our house. NO HE WAS NOT i called the store and spoke to the manager GABE. The manager had to call the driver. Ask me to text our address to the driver, which the driver had on our ticket! Worse service ever
