I received very poor service today July 9 at the Marco’s Pizza in Spanish Fork. I had an order for six extra-large pizzas that was already ready, yet I had to wait several minutes while two employees looked at me without offering any assistance, even though there were no other customers in the store. I eventually had to ask to be helped. Love there pizza
you pay extra for sauce and extra cheese but they do not include them in what is delivered
Marcos Pizza is good. This location is awful! Had it earlier this week from another location and remembered why we love it. Ordered here and remembered why we stopped eating it. The pizza fold over completely and the cheese slides off. You can’t even separate the pieces they are so gloopy. This is the only location that we feel uses a different cheese, and or mixes two types of cheese because the cheese is gross. It tastes spiked and sour. Ordered ahead online for 6pm. Arrived at 6pm and was told it would be 5-7 minutes. Didn't actually get my pizza until 6:22pm. Food is good, but they're really unorganized and service was bad
