Jimmy did am excellent job on our pizza. Very polite young man!!
its 10:49pm on a friday night as I write this review - hours are open until midnight and they lock their doors before actual closing time - knocked on the door and all associates ignored us. WACK
Every time I ask for my pizza to be made with extra sauce, it still comes back dry!!!! The sauce is what makes the pizza! I even went in and ordered it in person and emphasized extra sauce!!!
I received very poor service today July 9 at the Marco’s Pizza in Spanish Fork. I had an order for six extra-large pizzas that was already ready, yet I had to wait several minutes while two employees looked at me without offering any assistance, even though there were no other customers in the store. I eventually had to ask to be helped. What disappointed me most was that neither employee acknowledged me, apologized, or even said, “We’ll be with you in just a moment.” Being ignored like that was disrespectful and made for a ... read more
