Terrible. They used to be terrific when in North Andover years ago. Customer's not welcome to purchase locally, everything must be by mail or other carrier. I'm guessing they have large customers and have no interest in smaller sales. Marco needs to go back to friendly, local sales which may be more work but benefits the community. Trying to do business with this company is like pulling teeth. Never can get a live person on the phone and I've had to call multiple times to try to get what I need, but always have to leave a voicemail and no one is getting back to me.
