Listen to the one star reviews here and do not rent from this company. We rented a house from this company last month and experienced nothing but issues the entire stay, including but not limited to: major leaking in the home, broken appliances, a bed that collapsed while we were sleeping, a pool that did not heat despite us paying the full amount to heat it, rats outside the property, filthy rugs, etc. While the company did provide some solutions and sent out a handy man, they avoided our attempts to speak to management. 1288 Winterberry Dr Marco Island, FL Live like a King? You have got to be kidding me! We stayed at this home from November 14 – 21, 2020. The description had us very excited to stay at the home and the photos were fabulous. We eliminated several other homes in the area based on what we read and saw. Do not rent from this company. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they were not allowed to rent to us per Florida executive order and I still have not received a 100 percent refund. They never returned phone calls or emails and were very unprofessional. Very frustrating that they felt they were owed any money from me when the contract was unable to be fulfilled by either of us. Save yourself time, energy and money and rent from another agency.
