Three years ago, I walked into Marco Nail & Spa as a new resident of Apollo Beach. I didn’t have an appointment because I had recently moved from Ohio, where walk-ins are common. Instead of treating a potential new customer with kindness and simply explaining their policy, I was met with rudeness and made to feel like I wasn’t welcome.
