I rented a condo at the Sands on Marco Island through this company for February 2023 using Airbnb. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the reservation on January 17th in order to care for my good friend who having a serious operation. Andrew Vale relisted the condo raising the rent after fees and taxes by $1,200 over what I booked the property. He also never explained that the condo had a one month minimum stay. Before leaving this review, I want you to know that we were contacted by Marco Island Vacation Rental Properties to give a rating on our stay with them. We responded with a 1 out of 5. They asked why we would leave a '1', to let them know and it will be presented to their management. This was one week ago today. We have had no response from the company. VERY unprofessional! The property was exactly as described, the beach is easily assessible from the complex. The condo was clean,very comfortable & overall the complex is very well maintained. Beach chairs & umbrella are available to use.Items such as dish detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, paper products were also provided. Bring personal items such as shampoo etc. Marco Island rental management provided an easy check-in process & responded quickly to questions. We recommend this condo as well as Marco Island Vacation Properties.
Terrible company! Andrew Vale is a liar, his office is less than a mile from Tradewinds 701, how he could not know the unit had terrible noise from window replacement that has been going on for years is unbelievable. It was not disclosed to us and the noise and dirt ruined our vacation. We ended up leaving early! Don't use this company!
