We purchased a mattress from here in 2023 and we were not happy with it after about 6 months in seemed to be dipping and we really wanted to be happy with it but it has been disappointing. We went back and spoke with one of the owners who told me to send pictures of the mattress and he would get back to me but never did. Wonderful store, with a great selection of beautiful furniture. Staff is outstanding and extremely helpful.
I went into the store this morning and was the only customer in the store. There were three people working and not once was I greeted, asked if I had questions or needed assistance. I walked right by 2 of them as I walked in and they didn’t even say hello. Won’t give them my business if they don’t care. Disappointing
