Doctor Hertz is a breath of fresh air to the medical profession. She goes above and beyond to service her patients. I went for my annual mammogram today and was also anxious about another medical issue. Doctor Hertz not only gave my breast exam thorough attention, she also took the time and compassion to address my other issue. She is kind and extremely qualified and makes her patients feel special and safe. What a nice quality for a physician to possess!
