Nah they snapped, I’m not even gonna lie. I got box braids and they came out mad clean. Parts is sharp, braids not too tight, and they fall perfect. You could tell they really know what they doing. Whole appointment was smooth, no weird vibes, shop was clean too. I been getting compliments all day. If you need braids done right, this the spot. I’m definitely coming back.
Very clean very professional I feel like they are very respectful to their customers and they work in a very timely manner. The staff was just very kind. I would most definitely be coming here again 5 stars
If I could leave a negative stars, I absolutely would. I came in for passion twists and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. First, the stylist didn’t even ask me what method I preferred (braided first or just twisted). She went ahead and did it her way, which left my hair looking bulky and messy. When I pointed it out respectfully and showed her how I wanted it to look, she refused to fix it at first and only agreed to redo the very top, leaving the back looking completely different.
