Very clean very professional I feel like they are very respectful to their customers and they work in a very timely manner. The staff was just very kind. I would most definitely be coming here again 5 stars

If I could leave a negative stars, I absolutely would. I came in for passion twists and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. First, the stylist didn’t even ask me what method I preferred (braided first or just twisted). She went ahead and did it her way, which left my hair looking bulky and messy. When I pointed it out respectfully and showed her how I wanted it to look, she refused to fix it at first and only agreed to redo the very top, leaving the back looking completely different. Very money hungry, I told them I wanted buttlength from the very beginning. The lady continued to braid my hair to back length then pretended like she didn’t hear what I said at the end. My only issue was that I was still charged the price of butt length.
