I have been a patient of Marcia Franklin for 31 years. She is wonderful. Yes, she listens, and explains... so I do not mind waiting for her if her schedule is a little behind, knowing she spends appropriate time with her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.
The best MD on the Cape by far. She spends whatever time is needed to answer your questions or concerns, above and beyond. Working in the med field she is held in the highest esteem, If the medical professional see her you know she’s the best!
I no longer live in Massachusetts but if I had to say what I miss most it would be the outstanding medical care I received through my years as a patient with Dr Franklin. A previous post hit the nail on the head. Dr Franklin cares about her patients.
She spends the time you need and really listens.
