I had a disappointing experience with Marsha Hillman. At my appointment, I was provided a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of $255, which I paid upfront. However, she charged me an additional $152, claiming the appointment shifted from a wellness to a routine visit. This was despite the fact that she didn’t have access to the labs I paid out-of-pocket for at the time of my visit. She had her nurse call and relay the information in a 30 second phone call. Marcia really listens and explains thoroughly. She has even drawn a picture of the area and issues. Very friendly yet professional. I highly recommend her.
