Dr Gonzalez is very nice and does not rush through visits. My only complaint with HMH is the telephone system. Oftentimes when I call, being transferred to the answering service is only option available. However, the call then disconnects. This is not a one time occurrence. I hope that this issue can be be bought to the attention of the department that manages the telephone system.
Best doctor my mom could have. Dr. Marcia Gonzalez is attentive, caring and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to the patient's concerns and addresses all the issues.We highly recommend her.
