She is only there for money -be careful! Very unprofessional, and calls patients while with other patients in order to fill her schedule. Unreliable, unreachable, and my wife had to reach out to others to get her medication filled due to her lack of responsiveness. As I’ve said, be careful if you choose this route.
Marcia Drootin is very disorganized. She can be abrasive, rude and judgmental. She will stalk you when you no longer make appointments with her, calling phone numbers you never gave her just to try to contact you. Which means she went out of her way to look up personal information about me that I never gave her and never authorized her to use. Honestly she scared me.
